Shipping area
We ship only to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship outside the United States or to the following U.S. locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
- Northern Mariana Islands
- APO, FPO, and DPO addresses
Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. Any available shipping options and charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you submit payment.
Order cut-off and processing
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Central Time on business days. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are treated as received on the next business day.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time is the time needed to verify, prepare, and hand an order to the carrier; it is separate from transit time.
Transit time and delivery estimates
After shipment, standard transit usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, high order volume, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control. The total expected delivery time is generally processing time plus transit time.
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address used at checkout when tracking information is available. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete, incorrect, refused, or unclaimed, contact us at support@mavoryn.com. We will work with you to determine the available resolution.
